Cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo
and enjoy the beauty of the fabulous scenery. Lunch is served
on boat. The river tour is more than 83 kilometers long and
takes 4 to 5 hours. Disembark your boat when arriving Yangshuo.
Have a stroll over the West Street - a 1400-year-old ancient
street with Chinese style buildings. There are some optional
Yangshuo tours available at your own expense: bamboo rafting
on Yulong River; tour to Silver Cave; watching cormorants catching
fishes; countryside tours by bike; visit village and a family
to get some ideas of the local farmers' lifestyle.
Tour to Moon Hill and Big Banyan Tree
Park, explore the breathtaking scenery in Yangshuo.
It is the most well-known attraction in Yangshuo. It is a large
pinnacle with a hole in the middle. It is about an hour bicycle
ride southeast of Yangshuo. If you like hiking or riding a bike,
it is a wonderful place to go thought.
Banyan Tree: As the symbol of yangshuo countryside tour,
Big Banyan Tree is very famous and worth visiting, as it is
very big like a umbrella, so you will barely break out in a
sweat when you sit in its shadow on even the hottest day of
the summer. It is under this tree that the ancient singer Miss
Liu Sanjie declared her admiration to her lover Mr. A'Niu. So
this tree is one symbol of love as well, attracting many lovers
come here to make wishes. There is a saying, for the couple,
who make wishes here will make their dreams come true, and for
the single, who takes a photo with this tree will find his sweetheart

then drive 127km from Yangshuo to Huangyao Acient Town which
takes 1.5 hours. Explore the old town with lunch. After the
trip, transfer back to your hotel at 18:00.
Ancient Town: The ancient town
is located in Zhaoping County, by the lower reaches of Li River
and 200km from Guilin Guangxi. Huangyao was built in 927BC;
it reached its heyday in the reign of Emperor Qianlong (1736-1795)
during the Qing Dynasty. There are more than 30 temples, pavilions,
ancestral halls and other exquisite cultural relics in the old
town, and they are well preserved.
||Yangshuo - Guilin - Departure
Drive 1.5 hours back to Guilin. Tour to
the the Reed Flute Cave and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Enjoy a
pleasant walk around the scenic Banyan Lake, Fir Lake and the
Southern Ancient Gate. Transfer to Guilin airport for your departure,
end of service.
Flute Cave: It is 500 meters long and takes about fifty
minutes to explore. The cave is the most visited karst cave
in Guilin, located 5 kilometers in the northwest of the city.
Inside the cave are a number of fantastic stalagmites, stalactites,
stone curtains, stone pillars, and stone flowers. There are
77 stone inscriptions in the cave covering many years of China's
Trunk Hill: It lies on the western bank of the Li River
in the southeast of Guilin, where the Peach Blossom River joints
the Li River. Elephant Hill is one of the most visited attractions
in Guilin and is regarded as the symbol of the city. The hill
is a lump of rock with a large hole in it, shaped like a huge
elephant drinking water from the river.
