Traditional
Chinese Cooking Course Yangshuo
When
taking a trip to Yangshuo, an interesting
thing is to learn how to cook Chinese food
in a farmhouse in the countryside village.
We offer our travellers the opportunity
to learn how to cook Chinese food in either
our traditional Chinese farmhouse in the
beautiful coutryside just outside Yangshuo
or in Yangshuo Cooking School.
The cooking course includs a
visit to the local market where all raw
materials and ingredients are bought for
the school, an interesting excursion in
itself. In the class, the skilled and knowledgeable
chefs will impart the secrets of Chinese
cooking art in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
They emphasize a teaching style based on
actually doing rather than watching. After
cooking the five dishes, you will eat lunch
(or dinner) of your own creations. All courses
are hands-on so that you will be able to
reproduce real Chinese food when you return
home!
